Welcome to the Anime Evolution Registration page. Please read the policy section and the FAQ; particularly if you are a minor attendee or a parent/guardian of one. All minors (anyone 17 years and younger) are required to have a parental/guardian consent form. Those that are picking up pre-registration passes or purchasing passes at the convention must have two pieces of valid ID; please look under Registration Policy for details.

Passes
Anime Evolution offers the following passes:
3-Day passes allow access for the duration of the convention.
1-Day passes allow access for one day at the convention from 12:00 am until 11:59 pm.
The Gold Pass not only allows you access into the convention for the three days but gets you perks such as VIP pass pick up, front of the line privileges, early admission to the dealers room, exclusive swag and a ticket to Guest Meet & Greet Reception! Guest Reception tickets will not be sold to the general population this year. The Gold Pass is only available through our online registration and in limited numbers, so act quickly!

Print and complete the Registration Form If you are under the age of 18 at the time of the convention, ensure that both the waiver and the parental consent portions of the form have been completed in an acceptable fashion. Failure to do so will result in a delay or refusal of processing.

Pre-registration in Person
Registration in person is available for those who do not wish to mail or submit their registration forms online. Anime Evolution general meetings are open to the public and registration forms may be submitted in person there. Throughout the pre-registration period, there will be several in-person opportunities to register outside the general meetings. Information about the locations and times of the meetings is available on the website and on the Anime Evolution forums. Please be aware that confirmation of in-person pre-registrations will not be given priority over other forms.
Registration at the Door
Anime Evolution at the door registration will be accepting the following forms of payment: cash, money orders and bank drafts made out to AE Convention Corp. in Canadian funds only.
Registration forms will be available at the door or you can print the Registration Form here and bring the completed copy with you. If you are under the age of 18 at the time of the convention, ensure that both the waiver and the parental consent portions of the form have been completed in an acceptable fashion.
All minors, even those attending with parent/guardian, must turn in a consent form upon pick up of their badge. If a minor has already turned theirs in, thank you.
