Want to help out AE? Want free access to the convention? Then you’re at the right place. Anime Evolution is always in need of volunteers – it’s what makes us tick and without volunteers, AE would cease to exist. Of course, we’re not going to leave the time you commit unrewarded.
Volunteering Benefits

- Reference letters
- Volunteer / Work Experience Hours for those that need them (we also give you your timesheets if you need them for proof)
- Satisfaction without needing to shoulder the responsibility of being AE staff
Requirements
However, we cannot just take everyone and dish out free passes. There are three important things you should know about:
- Minimum of 15 years or older. No exceptions.
- Willing to commit to sixteen hours of volunteer work. If you cannot commit 16 hours, you are still free to help, but we will not be able to provide free access to the convention for you.
- We require $20 deposit of which is refunded to you at the convention upon completion of 16 hours.
