WestJet Discount Information
WestJet is offering Canada, U.S.A., and Central America based attendees discounted airfare. The discount will be 10% off of any regular fare offered by WestJet. RBC travel insurance is also available for purchase at www.westjet.com under “Partners”.
Please note the following requirements for receiving the discount:
- Discounts are applicable to round trip fares only
- Discounts cannot be combined with coupons or other fare deals
- Payment is due at the time of booking
- Discounts will only apply to air travel between August 10, 2010 to August 18, 2010
How to book your discounted flight with WestJet:
Booking your flight can only be done over the phone, please call WestJet’s Convention line at 1-877-952-4696 Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Mountain Standard Time).
The WestJet representative will ask you for the following information:
- Your booking account # / discount code: The code is CC6376
- Your city of origin: Tell them where you’re traveling from
- Your destination: Vancouver BC Canada, the airport code is YVR
- Your outbound date: This is the date you plan on departing
- Your return date: This is the date you plan on returning
- Number of people in your party: Are you traveling by yourself? If not, how many including you?
- Morning / afternoon / or evening fare: When would you like to be flying? You can also ask for what the cheapest fare is.
- Your name: Give them your name as it appears on your ID (or passport if international)
- Payment details: You need to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)
- Your date of birth: Tell them when you were born
- Your email address: Give them an email address they can contact you at
- Luggage: Take this time to ask any luggage related questions you may have regarding props or various restrictions
Terms and Conditions:
- Use of this discount for travel reasons other than attending Anime Evolution is strictly prohibited
- Bookings are non-refundable
- Bookings may be canceled up to 2hrs before the flight for a $50+tax cancellation fee, the balance will be kept for up to 1 year as a credit good towards future WestJet bookings
- Itinerary changes are subject to a $50.00+tax fee and any difference in fare, per person. Payment is required at the time of the change
- WestJet does not charge for name changes up to 24 hours prior to the initial departure time. Each name change after that time is subject to a $50.00+tax fee.
- WestJet’s maximum liability for lost or damaged luggage is $250 per person per incident. Neither Anime Evolution, nor WestJet assume any liability for fragile, valuable, or perishable articles. Passengers will be asked to complete a Luggage Liability Release form upon check-in for these items
- Anime Evolution and WestJet are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, labor disputes, government actions or any other cause beyond our control. Equipment and/or schedules may be changed without notice
Delta Air Lines Discount Information
Delta Air Lines is offering U.S.A. based attendees discounted airfare. Discounts will range from 2% to 7% depending on the fare type and city of origin.
Please note the following requirements for receiving the discount:
- Discounts are applicable to base fares greater than $120 USD each way
- Discounts are applicable to round trip fares only
- Discounts are only applicable to fares originating in the USA with Vancouver (YVR) as the final destination
- Discounts cannot be combined with coupons or other fare deals
- Discounts will only apply to air travel between August 9 2010 to August 18 2010
How to book your discounted flight with Delta Air Lines:
Booking your flight can only be done over the phone, please call Delta Ticket Assistance at 1-800-328-1111.
The Delta Airlines representative will ask you for the following information:
- Your meeting ticket designator / world file # / discount code: The code is NM538
- Your city of origin: Tell them where you’re traveling from
